A/B Testing and Optimization Analyst

London, UK

£45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Are you a digital A/B Testing and optimization mastermind who wants to part of a company recognised as one of the world's most revolutionary software providers? This is an opportunity to work with c-level stakeholders and implement a brand-new digital A/B and multivariate testing strategy to enhance the customer journey!

The Role

As A/B Testing and Optimization Analyst, you will collaborate with the Tech and Product team, testing everything and anything, to drive innovation. You will act as a high impact individual contributor, defining the testing road-map and using data to drive critical decisions, as well as overseeing the end-to-end testing process. You will lead analytics processes, using tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Test and Target, as well as more advanced tools including SQL. This is rare opportunity to really impact an industry giant!

In particular, you can expect to:
  • Help put in place a water tight A/B testing strategy across the site
  • Implement and execute on these tests using tools across the Adobe Suite
  • Report back to business stakeholders at C-level, to help steer the eCommerce strategy
  • Work closely with all internal teams including product, engineering, marketing and UX

Your Skills and Experience
  • Hands-on experience in technical web analytics with a track record in implementing best in class A/B testing processes
  • Working commercial experience with tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture
  • Working experience with testing tools
  • Working experience with advanced analytics and stats tools including SQL, R or Python is a must
  • An understanding of or exposure to machine learning and predictive models is a nice to have
  • An ability to deliver data-driven stories and inspire stakeholders


The successful candidate will secure a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 and benefits depending on experience
