We have an exciting opportunity for a talented CRM Executive to join our expanding marketing team. We're looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to increase the CRM database and convert free members into paying customers. Working closely with the marketing team you will:
• Convert/upgrade customer plans
• Increase conversion rates
• Grow the CRM database
• Nurture the CRM database through the creation of campaigns
• Personalise campaigns to adapt to various audiences

CRM Executive Skills Required:
• 2/3 years experience in CRM growth essential
• Google Analytics
• Highly creative and analytical

CRM Executive Preferred skills:
Experience of the following systems/areas would be an advantage:
• Monday.com
• Various CRM platforms including Salesforce/Hubspot
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Powerpoint/presentation skills advantageous

CRM Executive Qualifications:
Marketing or business-based degree preferred
