Marketing Manager - New Build

My client are an established family run residential developer based in the City of London who are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work alongside their current Sales & Marketing Team

You will be taking the reins on the marketing for the London region ensuring properties are advertised in right way using exceptional marketing techniques. You will need to organised and self motivated as one of the key points within this role is to have the ability to manage your own diary to ensure you meet marketing targets and work towards tight deadlines.

A proven track record ensuring marketing has been a success with a housing developer previously is the key to being successful within this role & I am looking for someone with a stable working career.
