Audit & Accounts Senior - Amersham, Buckinghamshire

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable, national firm based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

Our client are looking to bring on board a talented ACA / ACCA Qualified Accounts & Auditor to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have varied general practice experience including experience of undertaking and leading audit assignments on a variety of clients, relevant accounts preparation work and necessary tax returns.

The Amersham role offers a rare balance of interesting general practice work, interesting business advisory projects, accounts preparation, tax & auditing work - it would put you in good stead for the future professional development. You would also be gaining exposure to a diverse client base including SMEs, OMBs & some International groups.

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as an advisor to owner managed businesses on a range of accounts and business advisory
Leading of audit assignments (from planning through to conclusion) for significant audit engagements including supervision of staff and client management
Preparation of tax computations and Corporation Tax returns (CT600)
Preparation of accounts of companies, groups of companies, partnerships and LLP`s together with Tax computations
