Rents Administrator - Ilkeston - £17,550

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a charitable organisation as they look to recruit a Rents Administrator to join their fantastic team. You will be providing effective administrative support to the senior managers in the Rents and Finance team.

Rents Administrator Responsibilities:

* Monitor and action emails daily

* Inputting data accurately

* Raising invoices on the accounts and rent systems

* Investigate and process housing benefit over payment ready for approval

* Updates the rent system with housing benefit information, reporting any issues

* Regularly monitoring reports

* Assisting colleagues where necessary

* Promptly answering all communication efficiently

* Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner

* Administration duties

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Required Skills & Experience:

* Experience in a similar role and working knowledge of administrative support

* Experience dealing with customers over the telephone with excellent telephone skills

* Experience using Microsoft Office package/ IT qualification/Excellent IT skills

* Must have experience working with Emails, Database, Account Systems, Spreadsheets, Word Processing

* Excellent organisational skills, time management and can prioritise own workload

* Excellent attention to detail, producing clear concise work

* Must be able to demonstrate evidence of commitment to personal and career development relevant to the position

* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
