Competitive salary and benefits package on offer for a Litigation Lawyer within a leading practice in East Sussex.

Joining a busy and expanding team located in Eastbourne, the successful lawyer will manage a diverse caseload, representing clients including local businesses and HNW individuals in claims ranging up to the High Court. Additionally, the successful lawyer will play an active role in the continued success and development of the team.

- Property litigation
- Employment disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
- Injunctive remedies
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Building long-lasting client relationships

The Candidate

- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of four years' PQE
- Technical proficiency in civil, commercial and property litigation is essential
- Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
- Commercially aware
- Personal injury and/or employment experience is advantageous
- Ensures a client-focused approach
- Demonstrates an aptitude for networking and business development
