Senior Family Solicitor

This law firm are recruiting into their very busy family law dept in Bristol.

Here the team advise on privately funded family law to include divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children matters.

Certainly for the time being, unusually, in this role you will never be required to do any business development!

The team have grown significantly over the last few years and continue to be extremely busy. They are therefore searching for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join them in Bristol. Ideally you should have at least 10 years experience advising on a family law caseload.

Those from both private and public family law backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

You will inherit a caseload and have paralegal support from day one. In addition to fee earning you will also manage a small sub-team of 3-4 family solicitors, so previous management experience would be ideal.

This is a full time, Bristol based position, but Covid19 has proven this team can function very well working remotely. You may wish to work from home for all or part of your week. You will have regular video catch ups with the team and where that is not possible you will be required to go into the office in Bristol. You may of course prefer to be entirely office based.

There is also the possibility to flex your working day to suit your needs (i.e early or late starts/finishes). This is a full time role. Salary to £60k + parking space and excellent benefits including gym membership.
