Content & Communications Executive, Up to £300 per day, Full Remote & Home Working,
6 month contract with good option to extend, ASAP Start, Amazing Blue Chip Company.

Overview of the Content & Communications Executive:

Working for one of the UK's most successful technology led organisations the Content & Communications Executive is a new created one within the business. Reporting to the Head of PMO this position will have full remote working and will initially be offered on a 6 month contract paying up to £300 per day.

Due to recent large scale changes in the business a Content and Communications Executive is needed to provide a one voice and common theme to both the internal employee base and wider external bodies.

The ideal candidate will be available on no more than a 1 month notice, have similar working experience as well as strong PowerPoint and Sharepoint skills.


Content Production - Using PowerPoint

Working in PowerPoint to produce content that will be seen by the a number of senior executives within the business as well as external bodies

Ability to work with different formats and templates i.e. creating, editing, applying

Ability to use creative skills to simplify messages, pulling out key statistics and or highlighting important content

Using graphics, icons, imagery to ensure the best visuals to supprt the content

Working with stakeholders and content owners to understand the messaging

Content Management - Using SharePoint

Page generation - design (consistent look & feel), configuring, access, layouts, content, links

Managing legacy content and migrating into new site

Pulling data from various sources into one single source of the truth - links to SharePoint

Report generation using Excel/Power BI

Assisting the Merger and Acquisition and helping integrate the planning programme with general project support
