Accountable Recruitment are working with an organisation that is a market leader in its field for a Sales Ledger Clerk in the Speke area.
This organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to support their Accounts Team. Key Responsibilities - Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer receipts - Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices via submission to several online portals.
- Dealing with queries relating to invoices processed on the portals - Generate and send daily invoices and monthly statements/analyses (including bespoke statements) to customers.
- Deal with any customer invoice/statement queries. - Ensure data records (contact names, emails, phone numbers etc) are accurately maintained on the accounting system
- Regular filing of supplier invoices and delivery notes
- Perform ad-hoc administrative work and support the other functions within the business - Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions Essential Skills: - Strong sales ledger experience in a similar role - Sage
Desirable Skills: - Processing invoices using a Portal - Sage 200
