We are inviting applications for Relationship Managers for an Asset Management company based in city London. This company covers the emerging markets investments for Professional customers based in UK.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ASSUME THE FOLLOWING KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Senior Relationship Managers & Head Business to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients
Acquire New Professional Investments HNI clients from UK Market. Understand their investments requirements and offering the product range .
Enhance the Relationship Value with the existing clients to cross sell the products
Account opening, KYC, and due diligence for new customers
To provide a high level of administrative support to the Private Client team including the Team Head.
Liaising with clients on behalf of the select advisers, ensuring that all communications are carried out in a professional and courteous manner;
Issue and follow up information requests to banks / investment companies in writing and telephone
Private banks and internal liaison with Investment Managers
Produce valuations and monthly portfolio statements / reports
Assemble all necessary documentation for Client Meetings, not limited to presentations /meeting materials/review documentation and confidential information;
Submit and process new business adhering to compliance requirements
Maintain Adviser Office database including, fund and scheme updates
General administration tasks including logging post, scanning, filing, printing, archiving
Liaison with providers regarding fee statements
Collation of meeting packs including production of finalised recommendation reportsTHE PREFERRED SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

The ideal candidate should be RDR qualified to provide advice to the customers.
Preference for an existing book of in hand HNI customers.
Proven experience in an IFA support or Wealth Administration function;
Good Product knowledge including Investments and Pensions;
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to listen and converse well on all levels as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills
