MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION

The PPC Account Manager will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing both online and offline campaigns. These campaigns will be designed to generate new business across a wide range of services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Manage, develop and implement all tactical marketing and lead generation campaigns. This includes building an annual campaign calendar and managing multiple lead generation campaigns across all channels, to assist the company in achieving new business.

- Create and plan a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels

- Oversee existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them

- Analyse tends and make data-driven decisions

- Write and optimise content for websites and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc

- Independently manage client accounts across the paid media channels

- Own client relationships and lead client communications

- Understand the client's goals and translate these into paid media strategies which meet their requirements.

- Continually improve knowledge of paid media techniques and ensure learnings are delivered throughout the paid media team

- Work with the Marketing Team to ensure clients digital platforms are fully utilised, optimised and that they support the respective client and its products and services

- Monitor, measure, analyse and report on the impact of all marketing campaign activities against agreed targets, using a marketing dashboard, whilst ensuring returns are maximised

- Develop and manage customer facing collateral to ensure it delivers the correct proposition, is consistent and supports the respective client's brands

- Assist in the development and management of marketing intelligence, including market research, marketing analysis, customer profiling and analysis

- Assist the Business Development team in the development and management of client and prospect engagement strategies to improve conversion from enquiry, to lead, to sale

- Support with the management of all clients' projects, improving the average value of services provided whilst maintaining a client focused communication strategy that will encourage long-term clients

- Manage marketing investment to maximise all returns and ensure acceptable cost per acquisition in line with financial KPIs

- Identify new trends in digital marketing evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

- Attend networking events and exhibitions

KEY SKILLS

· PPC Skills

* Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, ideally working with a professional services company or marketing agency

* 2-3 years experience of running PPC campaigns on both Google and Facebook

* Experience of running paid LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns is an advantage

* Excellent knowledge of the paid media landscape with a good understanding of digital marketing and the role paid media plays in delivering client objectives

* Analytical skills to be able to review and report on marketing results vs agreed targets

* Previous experience of using online and offline marketing platforms to drive lead generation; by utilising email marketing, SEO, and all social media platforms, including YouTube, as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

* SEO skills and knowledge are an advantage

* An undergraduate degree in marketing, or a professional marketing qualification and Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing are an advantage

Project Management Skills:

* Able to handle time-sensitive projects and work to tight deadlines

* Able to review marketing results against targets for each marketing activity, and deliver a return on investment in line with agreed service level agreements

* Innovative approach to work assignments

* Previous experience of working to contractual demands and delivering milestones in line with service level agreements
