Leading high technology manufacturer in Swindon are seeking an Electronics Graduate (or similar) with practical industry experience to provide product management including marketing content to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and to drive sales.

The candidate will be be responsible for collating new product concepts and product enhancements. Building requirements specifications and business cases for new products. The successful candidate will develop Product roadmaps, in agreement with Engineering department. Following intensive product training you will be comfortable in direct & reseller sales presentations, value proposition, training & training materials, webinar, datasheets, product configurator, pricing, marketing collateral, introduction into key customers

The be considered for role you will need to possess an Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent within post grad experience in industry. You will be comfortable at presenting and being client facing, potentially you are in a hands-on role now and keen to move to a more office based, customer facing position?

The role in brief:

Collating new product concepts and product enhancements, building in competitive advantage
Building requirements specifications and business cases for New Product Introduction (NPI)
Development of Product Roadmap, in agreement with Engineering department
Provide support through the NPI process through to Engineering and Product completion
New product sales enablement including direct & reseller sales presentations, value proposition, training & training materials, webinar, datasheets, product configurator, pricing, marketing collateral, and introduction into key customers
Practically demonstrate all features
Support marketing to plan and attend major shows (when possible) including targeted message delivery and provision of relevant hardware on exhibition stands
Write content for the website including white papers and case studies, and emailer updates and provide targeting advice to marketing
Plan and execute launch of new products with the support of marketing
Support Sales team on large RFP and customer bidsThe successful candidate:

Degree in Electronics, Computing, Mathematics, Science or equivalent
Post qualification technical experience
Good written and spoken English
Enthusiastic about customers and their needs
Excellent Excel, Word, Visio and general IT skills
