Medical Programme Manager (Medical Affairs)

DETAILS:

• Full-time contract position
• ASAP start for minimum 12 month rolling contract
• Remote working with some office work based in Berkshire
• Competitive daily rate of pay
• Global pharma company

THE ROLE:

• Engage national & local steering committee members in planning and execution of the programme
• Liaising with professional associations and societies and suggest appropriate collaborations to drive uptake of evidence based therapies
• Identification of centres/networks within the NHS for initial proof of concept and collaboration with other areas of the business to scale the project nationally
• Act as a bridge between IT teams and scientific teams to translate the requirements and implementation of IT tools, medical education and quality frameworks to support the objectives of programme
• Work with Public Relations function to develop communications around this programme

THE CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience as a Medical Advisor in medical affairs with a higher degree in life sciences Strong digital understanding & project management skills
• Cardiometabolism experience would be highly desirable
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Understanding of NHS policy environment
