Development Engineer
Leicester - £30k to £40k

Are you someone who is just at home designing systems as well as building them?

We are currently on the search for a new Development Engineer to join our established team based in Leicester. This opportunity has presented itself due to the company being track for a record year in sales and are expected to do the same next year. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background designing machinery solutions, whilst being able to build, test and develop the machines.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have the following:
-Hands on with ability to build machinery to drawings or sketches
-Self-motivated, self-starting and highly organized with the ability to work unsupervised
-Proven track record in delivering on time
-Ability to work under pressure delivering multiple engineering projects at different stages
-Broad engineering knowledge ideally in a development or design role
-Clear, concise and consistent communicator
-Ability to produce spreadsheets and reports

In return, we are offering a competitive salary, 37.5 hour week, early finish on a Friday and the chance to join a company which has been able to thrive during the lock down period.
