Payroll Administrator required urgently***

There is a current vacancy available for a major housing contractor for a Payroll Administrator to assist in the production of timesheet processing, expense processing and other adhoc duties.

What to expect day to day

* Processing electronic and manual timesheets

* Calculating manual expenses, including checking receipts match the claim and entering onto system

* Processing the payment runs for manual and system driven expenses in line with company policy

* Auditing expense claims, including checking receipts match to the claim

* Creating files to upload data between system

* Ensure that system processes and procedures are constantly monitored and updated as appropriate

* Checking and entering new starters details across two systems to ensure accuracy of employee data

* Work with colleagues to clear up any queries raised during the payroll process

Essential Experience

* Computer literate

* Good Excel skills

* High personal quality standards

* Pro active in resolving/tackling issues
