Client Relationship Manager

My client is a leading accountancy practice based in Carlisle. They have 8 offices throughout the area and 6 Partners. Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting for an experienced accounts professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager, which will suit someone with 5+ years of accounts experience in practice, and a sound knowledge of general practice accounts and tax matters. Duties will include but not limited to:

* Plan, prepare and review financial accounts, and present a completed and well documented file within agreed timescales and budgets

* Prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly management information reports and advise clients on ways to improve their profitability or cash flow

* Display commercial awareness, identifying opportunities for additional fees from or services from clients and taking advantage of networking opportunities

* To be effective in all aspects of accountancy work, completing and delivering a finished job within agreed timescales and budgets

* Deliver the Customer Care Programme to your portfolio of 50-100 clients

* Actively support all sales, promotional, marketing and networking activities of the organisation
