We are currently recruiting a building services Engineer to be based in Midlands covering Leicester, Birmingham, and Derby areas
Applicants need previous experience of maintenance on industrial electrical installations and general building maintenance.
The role includes
All hvac assets, ahu's, extract fans, fcu's, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, lighting checks, lighting remedial works.
Carry out Annual emergency lighting tests.
Remedial works to light fittings following on from annual emergency light test.
Electrical shutdown/distribution board checks.

Electrical Qualifications
17th Edition
Maintenance on power, lighting
Experience of electrical and mechanical maintenance
BMS is desirable but not essential
