Our values of creativity, integrity, speed, high standards, collaboration and transparency sit at the heart of all we do. We have a passion for exceptional relationships and we're looking for someone who will fully commit to our values.
We expect our Indaba account manager to have substantial experience in thought leadership creation, pitching to the press, securing cross-platform coverage, writing compelling award submissions, and turning their hand at social media, too. While we expect you to take ownership of everything you do, we want someone who is keen to continue learning and is willing to take on feedback in order to grow professionally.
The Indaba Account Manager role...

writing in different styles for different platforms (there is a lot of writing)
effectively organising your time and activities to meet a fast-paced, changing environment (we're virtual business)
juggling a multitude of actions and deadlines without breaking a sweat
agile and flexible in your approach whilst exceeding client expectations.
We'll offer you a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience 30,000GBP - 32,000GBP and the opportunity to work as part of a talented, international team.
Our absolute pre-requisites:
Fluent in English
At least three years PR / comms agency experience
Proactive personality
Confident, talented and proven communicator
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
It would be great if you have:
Experience of smart city space or city infrastructure
Experience of Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and ResponseSource or similar
