We have a great Opportunity for a Quality & Assurance Lead to join our hospital in Reading.
Circle Health is a company that runs hospitals and health services in the UK. We were founded in 2004, and we are different to most healthcare organisations. We build independent hospitals which pioneer five-star hospitality in the UK, and we're the only organisation running some innovative types of work in the NHS, like our Bedfordshire musculoskeletal contract and our new inpatient Rehabilitation facility in Birmingham, due to open late 2020.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can manage Quality & Assurance effectively and efficiently across the site. The post-holder will have previous experience working in a similar role in healthcare at the same level and feel comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
Key responsibilities will include the line management of the Quality & Assurance Team, managing, delivering and monitoring robust governance processes throughout the services and to provide assurance on quality and governance internally and externally, ensuring the site is compliant with current regulatory and legislation requirements.
Contribution to the annual Quality Account will be a key part of this role.
37.5 hours Full-Time on site - Permanent Role
Person Specification:
Experience at a similar level working in healthcare
Ability to work across the organisation at different levels
Experienced at interpreting and analysing governance data
Experienced working with Risk and Audit systems
Experienced at managing complaints
Evidence of successfully managing services within a healthcare setting (achieving at least a 'Good' rating from CQC)
Previous experience of line managing staff
Experience of writing reports and presentations to staff groups
