Support Engineer - Market-Leading Products - Woking. A global award-winning, market-leading software company who provide products to a blue-chip international client base are urgently seeking a Support Engineer for their Woking office. You will be responsible for impacting the companies day to day success and being an integral part of providing continuous improvement to their award-winning systems.
The Support Engineer will be responsible for;
Providing a first class level of IT Support for internal users Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Installing and configuring computer systems Diagnosing hardware and software faults
The Support Engineer will have;
Commercial experience providing IT Support to internal or external users Experience with Windows Server Active Directory experience Experience with Office365 Experience with DNS or DHCP Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP AWS experience - Highly desirable
