BMS Project Manager
We are recruiting for an immediate BMS Manager to work for a leading Facilities Management organisation in Blackburn Lancashire
As the BMS Project Engineer you will be responsible for the management of BMS projects and commissioning new BMS systems across customer sites in Lancashire.
* BMS Project Manager Immediate start
* £350/Day
* Lancashire
* Must be available immediately
* BMS Engineering
* Must be experienced with Trend, Siemens and Tridium (Niagara (N4) would be advantage)
* Project Management
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Commissioning of new panels and building management systems
* Completing relevant paperwork i.e. witnessing sheets, commissioning sheets
* Software development
* Building graphic pages
* Preparation of O&M materials
* Organising and managing subcontract labour
* Build an on-going relationship with the customer looking after the needs of the site and making improvements where applicable
* Travelling to different sites in the Midlands area to carry out works
Qualifications/Role requirements
* Candidates must have a background in BMS engineering and competent with BMS systems Trend, Siemens, and Tridium.
* Previous project Management experience
* Must be available to start immediately
* Previous experience managing subcontractors on a facilities Management contract
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
