Job Details

Project Office Support Consultant (PMO)

* Cambridge (+ Remote Working)

* Contract (12 months)

* c£300 to £325 per day (Umbrella)

The Opportunity:

A 12 month contract opportunity has become available for a global healthcare and pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. The Project Office Support (PMO) provides project management office support to the PMO leads, managing the PMO glossary and assisting with the launch of the Development PMO Change Management plan for the business

Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years PMO experience

* Experience of collaborating using Zoom, Skype for Business, or similar, with colleagues in other countries, particularly where English is not their first language

* An understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory processes, manufacturing, change control and global distribution systems is an advantage

* Previous risk management experience in a diverse, global company

* Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, MS Project), with advanced MS Office skills

* Strong educational background (Scientific degree preferred)

Role and Responsibilities:

* Updating and managing the MS Project file for the launch of the Development PMO plan

* Preparing and maintaining templates and tools with the MS Project suite of apps

* Preparing training materials as and when required for distribution

* Optimising slide decks for PMO leads to deliver impactful presentations

* Maintaining the PMO glossary and the MS Teams team page

* Maintaining customer focussed media such as SharePoint or MS Project
