RM Recruit are recruiting for an Interim Finance Officer for our Academy Trust client based in Birmingham.
This is an ongoing interim role and duties include:
* Processing invoices and orders
* Purchase Ledger
* Credit control
* Processing expenses
* Working well as part of a team and having knowledge of how schools operate, key contracts and suppliers .
* A commitment to safeguarding in schools
* Attention to detail with the ability to manage busy workloads and meet deadlines
* Bank reconciliation
* You will also provide administrative support to colleagues as and when required
* Working through a backlog of outstanding invoices with the Finance Manager
* Collaboratively working in a busy finance department with colleagues
As the ideal candidate, you will have worked in a school/academy/education provider and you will be available immediately or on short notice. Candidates must have valid DBS clearance to work for the Academy
