As an adaptable engineering team leader, you will be responsible for supervising all maintenance engineering activities on shift. Whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement, you will be capable of motivating and encouraging your engineers to ensure all machinery is maintained to a high standard through proactive and reactive maintenance.

Essentially, you must have a strong supervisory background of a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferably within the food sector in addition to holding relevant electrical engineering qualifications.
