Clayton Nursing is seeking a passionate driven Registered Manager for our clients Nursing Home situated in St Helens. The home provides specialist Nursing care for to older people and people living with dementia.

We are seeking a strong experienced Registered Manager who is ready for a challenge and has experience with trouble shooting.

This position offers a very generous salary in the region of £55,000

In this role you will:

You will manage all aspects of the Nursing home, identifying business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.

Oversee the clinical care of the residents and providing guidance, training, appraisals and mentorship to the care team and nurses

Provide appropriate supervision, effective communication and management of the nursing and care staff team including any visiting agency staff and any staff member from the multidisciplinary team.

Act as a role model for all staff and to ensure that a consistent high standard of nursing care is provided.

Ensure that the NMC code of conduct is always upheld.

To qualify for the role, you will have:

* Demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a Registered Care Home Manager

* NVQ 4/5 in social care management or equivalent

* Registered Nurse qualification (desirable)

* Strong people management skills

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Engaging communication skills

* Ability to forge effective working relationships internally and externally
