Job Details

A Customer Service Administrator is required for an international market leading business based in Lincolnshire. Within this role you will be core in providing an efficient account opening services for the UK and Ireland operation. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team across the UK. The role will provide timely responses to all requests on any account opening related issues in order to deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders. You'll be responsible for building and developing relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely responses to all requests on any account opening related issues in order to deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders
Responsible for building and developing relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
Opening new customer accounts advised by branch
Manage an email inbox when accounting information is received
Preparation of accounts data, validation/checks when needed to meet company policies
Dealing with branch colleagues if queries on accts to be opened
Monitoring and process reporting
Updating SAP on a daily basis on all accounts openedPerson Requirements:

Demonstrable experience within administration-based role
Proven experience of dealing with business customers
Demonstrable data entry experience
Sound knowledge of IT Systems
You will have strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads whilst meeting deadlines
