Job Details

Our client is a family run business based in Burton. They are extremely reputable and offer a service to predominantly the building industry. They place a lot of emphasis on a "right first time" approach and due to an ongoing expansion program, they require an Account Manager to join their existing team. General duties will entail the following:

* Accurate data entry & processing of invoices

* Ensuring all client/supplier emails are dealt with promptly

* Processing data in a timely manner & dealing efficiently and courteously with correspondence, telephone calls, etc

* Validating and processing of supplier and client reports (using Microsoft Excel)

* Scanning and filing of documentation

* Keeping all systems up to data

* General admin as required

In order to fulfil this role and maintain the high standard of service that has come to be expected from our client, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will have proven experience of multi-tasking with a high degree of accuracy. You should also be confident with IT, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to demonstrate versatile communication skills as there is a lot of emphasis on building relations with your clients.
