Working as part of the multi-lingual European Helpdesk team you will provide, 1st line technical support, troubleshooting, and high-level customer service to maintain strong business relationships with Intrado customers.
Your main responsibility is to ensure client issues are seen through to resolution, while delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, meeting required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Tasks will include:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot basic Web browser, firewall, proxy server issues and other Internet-related issues
* Diagnose and troubleshoot audio issues
* Support of Internet based products
* Provide education to clients on Intrado's product portfolio or refer to appropriate department

* Clear communication skills with fluency in English
* IT Literate - competent MS Office user

* Technical qualification or equivalent work experience desirable
