Job Details
Our client is seeking an supply chain coordinator to join a growing and fast pace company.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the design and purchasing team in the development of new product/ product ranges
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop and follow a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the supplier and other stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure good stock levels are maintained.
Review stock progression and be involved in the monitoring of stock shelf life.
working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance of products
Involved in the management of key events
Skills Required:
strong planning skills
a logical and systematic approach to work
good time management ability
the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions
excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
some degree of IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data
excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft office suite of products.
