A Payroll & Benefits Manager is currently being recruited for a financial services business based in London.
Reporting into HR - this role will take responsibility for the UK payroll which is split across a number of different payrolls; administration of all company benefits schemes and also administration of pension related matters.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be completely responsible for, the HMRC Year End Process; manage and administer all year end payroll processes and submissions. You will also manage a small payroll team on a daily basis.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be an escalation point for payroll queries and support with any ongoing/ future payroll related projects.
