A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a technology company based in Newmarket. Due to company growth and expansion of the team they are looking for a Client Projects and Service Manager.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of multiple implementation projects and maintain their client service support and handle escalations. You will build strong relationships with a large portfolio of clinets and have regular client meetings and project calls. Part of your role will be to work closely with the Technical Director to coordinate the company technical team resources.
What skills do you need:
To be successful in this role you, you will have had previous experience of managing and supporting multiple complex projects, thinking quickly and keeping calm under pressure. You will ideally have experience managing a team, coordinating workloads and priorities. As the company provides sophisticated software products, being technically minded with very strong logical thinking is essential.
