***£65 to £75 per day***

We are currently working with an all-boys Secondary SEMH School close to Watford. They are currently looking to recruit 3 behaviour teaching assistants. This is for a January Start.

The school caters for secondary aged boys with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, some of them will also be on the autistic spectrum. The school offer a really good reward system which encourages positive behaviour. The school needs people who have experience working within mental health or have an understanding and interest in it.

Key skills and experience needed:

Experience or an understanding in Mental Health.
Strong Behaviour management techniques.
Previous support work within a school or other child related experience.
Professional manor.
Enthusiasm and friendly approach.
