Collections & Recoveries Operations Manager - £50,000
My client is a leading Retail & Commercial Bank, who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to lead 200 call centre employees, both onshore and offshore. Your team will be responsible for resolving customer issues and managing complaints centred around debt collections and recoveries.
You will have 8 direct reports, and you will be responsible for ensuring the team consistently delivers high customer service and also driving positive cultural change across the office.
Experience in Collections & Recoveries essential (secured or unsecured)
Over 4 years relevant experience in an operational management role
Strong people leadership skills - training & coaching teams
