We are looking for a data-driven, SAAS marketing pro with experience of HubSpot CRM to join an innovative Educational Publishing organisation as their next Commercial Marketing Manager. This exciting role has a global remit and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's success through lead generation. It will be based remotely initially during Covid, and then in the company's central London office, with flexible working an option.
As Commercial Marketing Manager you will be joining an organisation at the forefront of EdTech and as such be passionate about developing creative marketing campaigns that engage educators and inspire them to subscribe to the company's cloud-based digital learning resource. Responsibilities include:
Plan and execute all aspects of lead generation marketing
Work with the Content Marketing team to design and produce targeted campaigns
Work closely with the sales team to help them understand the purpose, use, andtiming of each marketing program
Secure and optimise strategic co-marketing partnerships that drive productawareness and sales leads
Lead/conduct market research
Measure performance of all commercial marketing activities in HubSpot CRM, tyinglead generation performance to sales and assessing against goals
Brainstorm new and creative lead generation strategies
In order to successfully shape a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives qualified sales leads
and supports the inside sales teams outbound sales efforts, the Commercial Marketing Manager will be someone with solid digital marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have solid HubSpot marketing automation and analytics skills, alongside SAAS sector experience, and the drive to continuously achieve goals. An understanding of the UK and/or US education markets would be beneficial.
