Job Details
Marketing Assistant required for our Colchester based client to join their marketing team with strong attention to running companies' promotions. As Marketing Assistant, you will possess excellent attention to detail, great administration and organisation skills, clear communication skills of all levels in writing and verbally, very organised, a great team player and above all are an absolute perfectionist. This role of Marketing Assistant is ideal for someone who has worked in an ecommerce environment and/or an online digital marketing role where you have to deal with competitions and marketing products.
The Role
* Daily merchandise stock management
* Control and monitor stock levels
* Ensure the entire team is aware when stock levels are reduced
* Working to deadlines
* Ensure the right products are listed under the right categories on website
* Support with product launches, promotions and partnership activity
* Brief studios
* Brief promotional campaigns to other offices
* Analysis of results
* Generating Eshots
The Person
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads whilst working in a varied role
* A positive can-do attitude
* Strong IT skills particularly Excel
* Excellent time-management skills
* Knowledge of ecommerce would be an advantage but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, able to operate independently and within a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and courteous manner

* Salary circa £18k
* Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm
* Up to 25 days annual leave per year (starting at 20 days and incrementally increasing after three years' and five years' service)
