The Role: Following a profitable year and further acquisitions this market leading UC and Telco provider are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to assist the Head of Engineering in running the team. You will be tasked with finding solutions to ensure all faults are prioritised and actioned accordingly whilst having constant contact with customers. As a Service Manager you will provide technical support to engineers onsite and on the tech desk, as well as planning engineering diary's, co-ordinating jobs and planning site locations.
You: For the Deputy Service Manager role we need:
Accreditations with at least one or more core products (Mitel, NEC, Unify and Hosted)
Knowledge of IP based technologies, with an understanding of LAN/WAN/VOIP.
At least 3 years proven field experience in service and installations.
In-depth expertise in a wide range of telco products.
