Knowledge Manager - HR Transformation
We are looking for a Knowledge Manager to work on a market leading European Workday Implementation for one of the UK's largest multi-media organisations.
You will be integral to their change and transformation HR strategy, which has UX at its heart. With a clear focus, next generation vision and some incredible in-flight digital evolution you will be a core member of this team.
This programme will ultimately change the way people contribute to the success of the business. The Workday technical and functional team will play a critical role in enabling the people experience transformation. You join the programme in the early stages of the journey to design, build and implement a new unified digital employee experience across the business which will be underpinned by the very best technology including Workday & ServiceNow.
The Knowledge Manager is central to the success of the programme and will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing the production of knowledge articles that will help employees and manager to self-serve HR support once the transformation goes live.
You will play a key role in providing an 'as is' analysis of the current landscape of knowledge articles across the business, indexing which content need to be created, adapted or retired across the group in line with the new 'to be' processes & ways of working. You'll need to build a content plan for articles so that key processes & steps which need extra guidance are available once the HR Transformation lands as well as working across European markets and building a plan for retiring content in the markets that will no longer be needed from go-live. You will also need to design article templates that reflect programme and end user needs, ensuring tone of voice and market needs are catered for including testing with users and stakeholders to ensure content approach and category taxonomy/tagging makes sense. You'll also need to ensure there is a clear go-live governance structure and ongoing plan for production and review of content.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess relevant experience and will have taken a specialist role in similar transformation programmes. It will be important for you to have developed SME knowledge of Knowledge Management/HR Policy & processes and how these are applied within the context of a global business. You will be required to develop excellent relationships across all streams of work within the Programme and in our markets. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in content/knowledge management across countries, putting the user at the heart of decisions & previous experience in a HR setting, ideally having implemented or worked with ServiceNow.
This is an exciting time to be part of a game changing Workday implementation for a client who sets the industry at and is proud to do things differently.
