Head of Marketing - B2B Financial Services
£55-£65k basic + benefits
We are currently working in partnership with an established financial services business who specialise in bridging finance, loans and other forms of financial lending.
You will lead on the marketing strategy and execution for growth of the business sales, working closely with the Managing Director but under your own leadership. This is a great opportunity to bring your experience to life, being able to work autonomously, utilising your own ideas and growing a team around you.
Experience in bridging finance or lending financial services is a must.
As the Head of Marketing for this financial services business you will;
• Plan, develop and execute commercial marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels
• Report regularly to the Managing Director and Head of Sales, ROI and lead conversion rates
• Develop compelling content and sales collateral to assist with multiple touch-points throughout the marketing cycle (email, events, advertising campaigns, landing pages etc)
• Focus on driving leads through the sales funnel from ongoing multi-channel campaigns
• Work to ensure campaigns are constantly reviewed and optimised using landing page testing, A/B tests etc
• Partner closely with the sales team on commercial marketing collateral/content
Successful candidates will have;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Marketing space
• Experience working within financial lending
• A broad marketing skillset across both online and offline channels
• Demonstrable experience executing successful demand generation campaigns -
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude
• An appreciation for financial services marketing regulation
