Leaders In Care is recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a care home in St Helens, Merseyside. Are you perhaps an RGN / RMN nurse manager looking for a role where you could earn £50,000 to £55,000 pa?
Part of our client's specialist brand of residential and nursing care services, the medium sized nursing home provides support for people living with age-related needs and dementia, helping them to lead full and happy lives. It is split into two services: a small nursing home and residential suite.
We are looking for someone confident in managing relationships, has experience of working with commissioners and is no stranger to complex funding arrangements. You'll be supported by a team of managers at a local level and have the full backing of the older-people services senior management team, with flexibility in your diary to effectively manage the service.
To apply, you'll need healthcare experience with a demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager and hold an NVQ 4/5 in social care management or equivalent. A RN qualification is also desirable.
This nursing home manager job would suit a friendly manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users. Reporting to the regional manager, you'll take the lead in the day-to-day management of the home.
