Helpdesk Operative (Temporary to Permanent)

We have a new position for Helpdesk/customer service operative to join our busy team, as a facilities management company we provide an excellent service to all our clients, it would be a strong advantage if you have previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk position, as this is a demanding role & requires an excellent telephone manor and proven organisation skills, you must be able to manage your time to ensure all calls are dealt with promptly
The hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm 4 on 4 off pattern
Salary TBC at Interview depending on experience
