An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Dietetic Support Worker based within the NHS Lothian Community Dietetics team who work out of 4 dedicated bases across Lothian. The dietitians within these teams will delegate work and provide training and supervision to the post holder.
The post holder will be involved in the review of in patients, outpatients and patients within their own homes/care homes with a particular focus on individuals with malnutrition. In addition to seeing patients, the post holder will be required to complete office based tasks such as maintaining stock levels of resources for the teams eg. diet sheets, making appointments, answering phones and updating electronic patient records e.g. TRAK

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
