60% leader duties, 40% support.

Lead a team of 5 x 2nd Line Support Engineers.

Team lead experience to include support ticket management, resolution processes, team / individual performance & quarterly reviews.

Perform well in this role and you could progress into a more 'pure' team management role.

Role open to growth of business.

Recent team leading experience within an MSP experience highly preferred - but my client will also consider a strong 2nd liner who wants to move into team leading.
