Prospero Teaching is seeking a Tutor's teach Japanese at A level to a child with ASD in Kensington and Chelsea secondary school.
The successful Japanese tutor will be an A level Japanese teacher, a clear communicator, someone who is passionate, patient, enthusiastic, and have good knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
ABOUT THE JAPANESE TUTOR ROLE
You will be supporting a young person who is doing their A level Japanese on an hourly basis.
We are seeking someone who has experience teaching Japanese at A level, familiar with the UK system, and can support the child and school with navigating through the A level.
THE SUCCESSFUL JAPANESE TUTOR WILL:
*Be a qualified Tutor of Japanese
*Able to teach A level
*Confident with the NC
*Proven ability to raise attainment
*Have solid understanding of the UK national curriculum
TO BE ELIGIBLE THE TUTOR MUST:
*Hold a teaching qualification or be qualified to degree level
*Have a current and clear DBS (or be willing to process one)
*Have the right to work in the UK
*Have experience working with children
Prospero has various other tuition/teaching assignments both after school hours and during school hours if you would be available for additional work.
The Japanese Tutor will be paid on an hourly rate which is negotiable.
If you are a more experienced Tutor the rate is negotiable but depends on qualifications and experience.
