Our established client based on the outskirts of Leominster is looking to appoint a Finance / Database Administrator into their busy offices.
Due to location, our client has asked that all candidates to have access to their own transport.
Manage, daily, the satisfaction of customer enquiries, provide accurate quotations and and appropriate advice on the correct specification.
Ensure correct use and application of the pricing guidelines for all products adhering to pricing rules applied to maintain product contribution levels and percentage margins where required
Inputting of financial data onto the in-house systems using Microsoft dynamics
Updating spreadsheets daily with financial data .
Excellent administration and strong Excel knowledge and experience
Database and order processing experience
Professional telephone manner
IT literate ( Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable)
Flexible & positive with a good sense of humour essential
