Role: Quality Assessors
Location: Work from home (6 month fixed-term contract)
Hours: Operational hours are 24/7 and shifts are to be confirmed.
We are recruiting for bilingual Quality Assessors who can fluently speak, read and write in both the Urdu and English language. As a Quality Assessor you will support a team of Content Moderators in achieving global leading results. Within this role you will need to be comfortable and open to sensitive digital content to ensure the trust and safety of our client's platform.
As a Quality Assessor you will:
Confidently measure, analyse and report key themes with suggested improvements
Drive the quality of output in the campaign and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of campaign requirements.
Deliver calibrations, coach the coach, audits and dip checks to drive optimal performance.
Implement all necessary Quality Frameworks and Structures for all customer contacts
Mitigate business and customer risks relating to people, process and technology About you:
Must be fluent in Urdu and English
Quality Assessor experience within a contact centre environment
Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to focus in a fast-paced role
Highly comfortable with digital platforms and Microsoft packages (Excel/Powerpoint/Office)
Demonstrate resilience and confidentiality with when dealing with highly sensitive digital content (Experience in content moderation preferred)We are moving quickly on these roles, so please apply and get in touch today!
