Job title: Digital Marketing Executive
Objective of role
To plan, create, implement, manage and evolve digital marketing campaigns for a group of businesses within the education recruitment sector. You will work across all digital channels required to deliver against business objectives. Channels will include digital advertising (supporting external agencies on PPC and SEO), website CMS, social media - inc. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, email marketing and online surveys.
* Implement and manage content across all digital media platforms.
* Generate ideas for digital media campaigns.
* Help to collate monthly content plans for presentation and agreement to clients.
* Attend content meetings as required.
* Post all agreed content throughout the month.
* Respond to comments.
* Prepare analytical reports for presentation.
* Keyword research for PPC and SEO.*
* AdWords setup, monitoring and reporting.*
* Liaise with media buyers as required.
* Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
* Research new online tools and services.
* Monitor trends in digital media and social media including tools, applications, best practice and industry activity.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge of the businesses previous business history.
* To comply with and input to the company's standards and internal processes.

You will become well informed - you will start to understand the education sector well and the opportunities available; and will develop an in-depth knowledge in relation to geographical requirements of schools and teachers alike. You will demonstrate an interest in new marketing technologies and specifically new trends in digital marketing and its use within our industry sector and will keep abreast of what is happening in the market in general.
Knowledge, skills and experience
You will have
A Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification.
At least 2 years, hands on, experience of B2B digital marketing activity. Not specifically within the education sector.
A sound understanding of all aspects of digital marketing principles.
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point).
An understanding of Adobe CC (specifically Photoshop)
Excellent writing skills.
Ideally, experience working with social media management tools.
An understanding of the reasoning of brand management.
Impeccable eye for detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong research and interpretation skills.
The ability to liaise with your internal colleagues.
The ability to liaise with external contacts as and when required to generate new content.
Enthusiasm, confidence and a willingness to learn in a fast moving environment.
The ability to think on your feet and use your initiative.
A positive and self-motivated personality.

Digital Marketing Strategy is being delivered consistently across all channels and KPIs are being met.

The day-to-day digital presence of Teach and associated business is actively and competently maintained.

£24,000 - £26,000 PA Based on a full time salary - we will pro-rata.
3 days per week potentially more for the right candidate or if the business needs require full time.
