Connect2Luton are excited to recruit for a Direct Payments Officer you will be monitor payments on behalf of Luton Borough Council paying £12.20 per hour.
As Direct Payments Officer you will be responsible in supporting the Adult Social Care payments, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
About the Role
Working knowledge of a finance payment system SAGE
Experience of communicating with vulnerable people
Access referrals made and support the care packages and release funds when required to do so
Monitor the payments with the charges and ensure there is an audit trail
Be aware of safeguarding issues About you
Experience in direct payments
Knowledge of different payment providers
Able to use ControCC and LAS applications
Be able to work in a team and on own initiative About Us
