Salary -£41,575 - £47,193 + Pension + Life Assurance + Excellent Annual Leave + Career Progression Opportunities

The Client

Our client offer an diverse range of support to adults and children through their schools, care homes, children's homes, community and social work services and social enterprise. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader to join our client as Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the homes, ensuring that relevant legislation, regulations and inspection framework are adhered to.

The company are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader who can build upon the high-quality care and support children experience whilst in their care. Children's progress, achievements and outcomes are of the upmost importance, and you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the homes continue in providing a conducive environment that enables children to thrive.

Previous Knowledge and ExperienceYou will have excellent managerial skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle a high demanding workload.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for residential childcare (or equivalent) and have 2 years' experience within the childcare residential setting.
