PV Audit Manager role with a global leading pharma in Uxbridge
I am working with an established pharma in the Uxbridge area in the search for a PV Audit Manager with a strong pharmacovigilance operations background, who has experience in conducting PV audits as well as a genuine interest in the PVQA space. You will have audit oversight, establish and maintain risk-based audit strategy and report on trends/effectiveness of the PV systems.

You will be working in a small and close-knit team where you will be trained and given the opportunity to grow and progress with the business. You will report to the VP and Director levels across the company.
The role offers a great deal of exposure and variety and you'll be working very closely with the PV department and other linked functions of the business which will require a lot of interaction. Your new role:
In this broad role you will have management responsibilities and oversight of:
- Internal and external audits (prepare, conduct/participate, close out)
- Global risk-based audit program delivery
- Ensuring compliance with PV regulations & procedures
- Partner and consult other areas of the business with PV compliance issues
- Develop & implement system/process improvements in the PVQA space
- Have close interactions with partners, third parties and varied functions internal and external to the business
What you'll need to succeed:
You should have extensive pharmacovigilance expertise across a range of safety activities and have some experience within a QA function, ideally having conducted or having been trained to conduct audits. You will want to progress, have a keen interest in auditing and QA and be in search for long-term growth. You should be an effective communicator, have a proactive approach and confidently be able to present your ideas effectively.
Although onboarding would be remote, you should be willing to come into the office for the most part of the week once things have returned to normal.
