Network Manager, Huddersfield Secondary School

IT Network Manager
Paying up to £175 per day
Full Time / Contract Starting January 2021

A secondary school in the Huddersfield region is looking to recruit an IT Network Support Manager on a temporary basis. This role will work with the current IT Manager who is leaving, then manage the day to day workload. Once the school permanently recruit a replacement you will ensure a seamless transition period is concluded.

The Role: You will solely be responsible for the overseeing the running of the school's IT Network including installation of New software, Network queries, IT troubleshooting and IT security whilst maintaining the entire school network system capability. You will be managing your own workload with no line management responsibilities, so a structured organised approach is critical.

About You: You will have some IT Management experience full responsibility of the school's IT Network. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience: overseeing a school's IT Network/System including SIMS, IT Support, managing the email processes, system security, install/manage software as well as an ability to troubleshooting issues efficiently. You will need strong communication skills to ensure both handovers are handled smoothly.
